What we collect and how
This site sets no cookies, has no tracking, advertising or analytics tools, and loads nothing from other servers. Our server automatically keeps a standard access log of each request: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser details and the referring address. If you email us, your address and message reach us from you.
Purpose and legal basis
We process access logs to keep the site secure and to troubleshoot it, on the basis of our legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)). We use your email only to reply to you, on the same basis.
Hosting and transfers
The site is hosted on a server of Contabo GmbH in France, so access logs are kept in the European Union. We do not share or sell the data to anyone else.
Retention
Access logs are deleted automatically after 14 days. Email correspondence is kept until the matter is settled.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and Turkish data protection law (KVKK) you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Send your request to info@stormhull.com; we reply within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority, or in Türkiye to the Personal Data Protection Board (KVKK).
